This auction is for a first printing of the Amazing Spider-man #122, the Death of the Green Goblin! I am not a professional grader but I guess in my personal opinion I'd call it VF, probably around 7.0-7.5, the pages are white to off-white, there is a ding or nick on the back cover in the upper right hand corner, and on the lower right hand corner of the front cover there is a small bend. (I did include a picture of it, it's the last picture available.) I have included pictures of the cover and interior pages for you to judge for yourself.
