Amazing Spider-Man 22 Fine, Very Fine Maybe Better

The Amazing Spider-man Issue 22,, a very rare issue. is the deal, I am not a comic book guy, I sell books and memorabilia but a buddy asked me to sell these. I have looked at all the grading systems and t seems to be a lot of debate on the true grade. From what I can gather this is a fine, very fine copy. It has a deep rich cover, minor creases. However I am not a comic dealer so the best I can do is show you these incredibly detailed pictures and let you decide! Please feel free to ask any questions or help me with this grading!
