Featuring the 1st Appearance of Spider-Man's Black Costume, which later became Venom in Amazing Spider-Man #300

Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars #8 VF-:
Spider Man's new black costume explained as alien costume
Secret Wars #8 featuring the first appearance of Spidey's black costume, which would later become Venom

Web of Spiderman #1 NM:
Peter Parker and Alien Costume part ways later to become Venom

Web of Spiderman #18(VF) & 24(NM): 1st & 2nd Venom(in shadows):
In issue 18, a mysterious person pushes Peter onto the subway tracks. In issue 24, a mysterious hand reaches out and grabs Peter as he's climbing a wall and throws him off. Comments/thoughts is made about his spider-sense not warning him. These are minor cameos at best, but according to writer, David Michelinie (creator of Venom) ARE Venom appearances that pre-dates Amazing Spider-Man 299 and 300.
