The photos you see in the listing are of the Comic you will receive with a winning bid. This comic received a 7.5 from CGC. This is a beautiful copy that has the appearance of many listed 9.0s that were not sent for encapsulated grades.However you can be assured by the photos you are getting an accurate depiction! I have included photos taken just prior to being sent for grading. I find it difficult at times to see encapsulated comic condition photographed through the plastic.Hope everyone will start to recognize my collection. I have an extensive Marvel collection (Spider-Man, FF, X-Men, DD, Avengers, Iron Man/Captain America, Ghost Rider-Western, Tales to Astonish, Dr. Strange, Howling CO./ Shield) and other varied comic publishers. Most are from the Silver Age. A few have been graded/slabbed and are mostly key issues but I did the grading to get an idea of my own assessment compared to CGC & PGX. Using Overstreet as my guide, I found grades would be higher than CGC and PGX, but this has helped me to be very close to their assessments.I ship with the comic bagged and boarded. I place that between two pieces of cardboard. Slabbed comics will be bubble wrapped and sent in a USPS priority box. I will combine and send up to 3 comics that are not slabbed.
