This week I am selling Amazing Spiderman #1 to #5.Even though I have been collecting for far to long I am reluctant to publicly declare my grading of the comics, call it extreme cowardice. So instead I will describe as many of the major faults as I can and hence do my self out of a sale! This group are all ranging from Good to Very Good possibly higher but loath to claim that, way to picky an area! Description: The Amazing Spider-man Vol 1 issue #1 March 1963 Story - Stan Lee, Art - Steve Ditko Cover: Cover is dull some gloss corners very blunt with chipping and top right has cut out see photo revealing owners name written with biro on front page fair amount of chipping to the edge with some small tares with a longer one below the green circle under “thrillers” some biro above “the” General stress marks and scratches there is a stain from some liquid visible around the bottom right corner which runs through the whole comic check in photos Spine: has stress marks small tears running at right angles to the spine but no major split wear around the staples with tearing but the cover is attached to the staples which look to be central fair amount of abrasion Interior pages: Pages are strongly attached except read more
