Amazing Spider-Man Vol 1 No 44 JAN 1967 "Where Crawls the Lizard" very sharp corners with little or none on the ink cracking. spine is in great shape with staple nice and stitched tight. You are bidding on a USED Amazing Spider-Man Vol 1 No 44 JAN 1967 Issue, "Where Crawls the Lizard". This is in great condition. Corners are sharp and not rounded. Staples are clean of rust and are stitched tight, with minimal wear. Good color retention. Cover is in great condition.Cleaning out my closets. I am the original owner of this comic and this is from my collection of Marvel comics. All of these were stored in LA and I brought them back just last year when I was cleaning out my father's house. These were stored originally in poly sleeves until the 1980s, then I got better grade sleeves with backings (archival pH balanced stiffeners) in 1997...and that's how all my comics are now stored. I am going through the collection now and selecting the duplicates to unload first, holding on to the ones that I still are attached to. When I found thiem in LA, they were boxed and stored in a light-tight closet. Non-smoking and no pets in LA. I am not a comic book store, just a kid that collected and read them in the 1960s.
