Very often a CGC graded book commands a premium over a non- cgc graded book. This does NOT mean that if a book is described as Near Mint and is not CGC graded that it should have a discounted price attached to it. It is sometimes more fun and interesting to try to buy a non CGC graded book and submit it in on your own to have it graded. Many a bargain has been had when purchasing a non graded book and eventually submitting it in and getting a higher grade than what you expected. Of mention it costs money to get a comic book graded by CGC and that does not include the cost of sending the book to them and insuring the book which is required. The average cost to get a book graded by CGC will vary by the age of the book from $15-$24 and will normally take up to 2 months to get sent back to you Payment accepted : Unless otherwise noted Paypal , moneyorders , and personal checks Shipping Policy: CGC books will be sent priority mail with insurance included in shipping costs. Non CGC books will be mailed out via First Class Mail/no insurance unless requested and paid for at additional costs. All items are shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment. All items are securely packaged with appropriate bubble wrap/popcorn/cardboard as needed . And Finally âe¦ Donâe(tm)t pay a premium because other auctions have big or fancy names attached or just because they have colorful websites. My books when non- cgc graded are described accurately to the best of my ability and are in the same condition as some of these premium sites are selling their books for. I offer consistent and accurate grading that takes into account your interest as a buyer.
