A Folk Art Wood Sculpture of a Bird on Stand: wood figure with wood base and wire legs and feet. Size: 9.5" tall and 10" long from tip of tail feathers to beak. Condition: old paint: the top of the bird is black with the breast red; the beak appears to be a very dirty cream color; the pedestal is black with the four ball feet a very dirty cream/gold color. The paint has alligated around the area where the legs attach to the body of the bird. We do not know the age of this item - at all. It look old, we just don't know. It came from an early home in Rhode Island. Reserve: $100.00. Shipping: Single boxed, UPS $15.00. Insurance extra. Questions?
