Contains a summary of the laws pertaining to banking for each state: notes, bills of exchange, liens, checks, trademarks and mining laws. Also has sample forms, bookkeeping and operational summaries for management. A nice-looking antique book to spruce up a lawyer or banker's office shelf. Textured leather binding on boards with gilt-stamped title and border on front, gilt-stamped titles and decoration on spine, and gilt decoration on edge of covers on inside. Endpapers are heavy and period decorated, and paper edge is lightly decorated. Quarto, has 686 pages plus I-VIII. Three indexes in front.
