The car is all metal and very substantial in weight and size. It was sold separately, but came in the more expensive freight sets, when included as part of the consist of freight cars! All wheels, searchlight bulb, searchlight lens, lens ring, searchlight cover = all are complete. The wheels are in very good condition.
