This auction is for an American Flyer 21004 base with motor . The motor runs in both directions but the E Unit needs work. The E Unit has to be juggled to get the motor to run,, So I think it need some major work or should be replaced. The metal connector bar to the tender is also included. The wire to the tender also needs some repair as one wire separated. (See Photo 1) The smoke unit is missing the piston and cap so I don't if it works. I thought it looked large but I was surprise to see it fit inside the shell offered in another auction. Most of the running gear is also missing, but it is a hard base to find. I will try to combine auctions ending the same day to reduce S&H charges, please see the shipping section before deciding to bid.
