Here is an original American Flyer 273 Oak Park station house from the 1950's in need of some TLC but in the right hands could be restored to nice condition. The defects I see include a piece missing from the roof, missing front door, missing some support slats on the bottom, and missing detail items from the platform. There is a drilled hole in the back and the house has no light or wiring. There are probably more issues so bid on what you see.
