Plates read "Observation 4343" which I believe is normal. Car is original and near complete, missing only some bulbs inside. It has playwear, mainly edges, details and roof, most on roof. Car has a few minor roof dings and some light on couplers. Car has roof lock, lights not tested. Finish is a bit dull, but should clean/polish some. Please Note: We ship items when paid.
