The decals are near perfect and lettering strong. It has some minute scratches and points of playwear paint loss, but no dents or rust. The light and both knuckle couplers work. I replaced the decorative horns on top because they were missing. The power unit has been cleaned and lubricated; it runs well. The reversing unit may need cleaning because it sometimes it fails to move in the forward position; reverse is reliable. I suspect there's a dirty spot on the drum that needs to be cleaned. It is in weak C-7 (Excellent) condition.The horn in the dummy unit works well, and the decorative ones on top are present and in excellent condition.
