(144) From the 1950's this is an American Flyer S Gauge #740 Operating Handcar for your layout. This great little motorized piece has no breaks or cracks, all end handles are complete, both red lanterns are missing and there are nicks and scrapes in the orange paint. The decals are original with some peeling around the edges. The best part of this little piece is that it runs. Most of these little guys were beat to death in the 1950's and now can barely make it around the layout if they even run at all. This guy was layout tested and it is a nice smooth runner. Great fun for the layout. High bidder agrees to pay U.S.P.S. Priority Mail shipping and handling which includes Delivery Confirmation in the United States (2 pounds).
