Up for auction is an American Flyer 963 Washington satin silver blue band observation passenger car circa 1959-60. This Washington observation is in excellent condition. The sheet metal undercarriage is absolutely rust free. Trucks, axels, coupler, wheels and antenna are rust free as well. Rear drumhead lens is in perfect shape. Drumhead skirt has only the slightest of a light scratch. I can find only one minute paint chip on the lower edge of one skirt near the rear wheel on the right side. That is it.
