This is a gorgeous pair of Gilbert AMERICAN FLYER units. they are gilbert shells and gilbert chassis. Dual Motors with perfectly operating e-unit. very smooth motors, not worn at all. i can pull a 15 car train with these. the units were custom painted by Russell Downs (Rusti Model Trains) and are professional quality. Brunswick Green color is a perfect match to prototype. Pennsylvania used these on both freight and passenger trains.
