This particular one is an American Flyer Cast Iron Powered Steam Engine Tender . We are selling all of our S Scale model railroad as is. We have no way to test it and we are not familiar with all of the pieces so we don't know if anything is missing. However, at the same time we have no reason to believe it will not work. All of our S Scale parts and pieces came from the same spot as a group lot. So as far as we know the last time they were used they worked just fine.
