Cleaning out mom and dads attic and found the old American Flyer train set.This item is #23601 crossing gate with the original box. It also has a button to manually control the gate. You can see from the pictures that there is some tape residue on the road portion of the piece. Also, one corner of the roof is chipped - see picture.I will ship via Priority Mail.
