This is really pretty!! The early Empire Builder badges and later color scheme make this set a standout. The engine is a modified 310 in that I moved the E-unit to the weighted tender. (which is not the original but mates up really well). No smoke or choo choo just a flat out track eatin' beast. The eccentrics and handrails are all present and painted in nickle flake for a real heavy duty look and contrast. The three heavyweights are as follows. T is a 652, a 953 and 654 to complete the AF set. The 652 was damaged and repaired such that the original spring loaded doors could not be used. The repairs are very well done (or I would not have spent the time customizing it) and are generally visible only under close inspection. The doors are tfore permanently affixed to the frame. The 953 is perfect and complete in every way. the 654 is a very pretty piece with only a minimum downward slope at the vestibule. It is missing one set of steps. All lighting is functional, and the window sets are traditional for heavyweights. The pictures don't lie, guys and my guarantee stays the same. For the most part this set is near 60 years old ..I wish I looked as good. Still t are the issues I mentioned so adjust bidding accordingly and feel free to ask questions. I did not notice this as it is a clean separation but never the less.....
