Back in the 1970's& 80's, I collected American Flyer trains and had the hope of building a large operating layout. Towards the end of the 80's, it became necessary to postpone that dream, so I packed up the trains, planning to someday get back to it. Unfortunately, I've never been able to do that & it's obvious to me now due to health & financial issues, that I never will get the chance. I've had some other items up already and I'm gradually unpacking the trains to sell all but a few with sentimental value.I'm back at it again, getting close to the end. This auction is for : 2 great Heimburger books: Your Introduction to S Gauge, publ. 1982, and American Flyer Features, publ, 1985. They are full of Flyer & S gauge articles, photos & info.
