This set comes with a #21160 steam locomotive. I do not know if it runs because it's missing the plug for the tender, springs, brushes and 1 spring holder wire. Also missing 1 step from the pilot. The tender is complete with a operating coupler. Next you get a #24310 Gulf tank car with some scratches but nothing broken. After that you get a #24110 Penn gondola with a big chip out of the side. Last is a #24610 caboose with a broken catwalk and 2 broken steps. A good fixer project or use for parts. Priority Flat Rate postage will be FREE (includes insurance).
