I am selling my entirelife-time collection of AMERICAN FLYER “S” gauge items: engines (14), rolling stock cars (172), electrical operating equipment, Plasticville structures, automatic & manual switches (18), transformers, controls, and much, much more. Most items are in EXCELLENT condition, and all known defects/problems with each item are listed for your consideration and often can be seen on the close-up photographs above. This item is an S-gauge American Flyer (??) model train item as follows: 374003 PC PENN CENTRAL Box CarThis is my item # 157.NOTE: I cannot find this car in the 2010 Greenberg catalog. That makes me wonder if this car is an AF pedigree car, or a bastard (a repaint). It does have the "A.C. Gilbert" stamped into the sheet metal undercarriage, but it still could be a bastard child someone made from another car. Anyway, it sure is pretty......PS - the photos, taken outdoors, make the car appear a little more bluish than it really is in real life (indoors).
