We have another magnificent AMERICAN FLYER SET in "S" Gauge, Set K5436T, made in 1954 only. Awesome set, a great addition to any high end collection. KNUCKLE COUPLERS--PULL-MOR--AND TRANSFORMER!!!------45 PIECES--66" LONG--160" OF RUNNING TRACK!!!!!! FROM THE 1954 AMERICAN FLYER CATALOG: The big 4-6-2 American Flyer High Wheeler locomotive that puffs real red glowing smoke has plenty of speed to deliver your passengers to their destination on time---and in real Pullman comfort. With its amazing Pull-Mor power, this big steamer will haul just about as many cars as you care to couple to it and will take grades like a frightened jack rabbit--no other locomotive of any make can touch it for pull and climb, even with trick magnetic gadgets. And just watch that piston rod and accentric arm action as the loco comes streaming along the pike, the steady choo-choo-choo-choo's issuing right from the stack. Notice, too, the rolling stock, every car loaded with detail and built to authentic 3/16" scale. And remember: Flyer has true scale modeling--not the so-called scale of other makes. The Pullman, Baggage, Club and Observation Cars, all of them illuminated, have 6 wheel heavy die cast trucks. All cars plus tender have magnetic couplers. Train starting, stopping and reversing are by electric remote control; coupling and uncoupling are automatic. Trans former included with the set is brand new with 100-Watt output and built in circuit breaker which acts as a fuse to protect unit from shorts and burn outs. 293 METEOR STEAM LOCOMOTIVE with compressor 4-6-2 with eccentric arm triple action piston rods and side rods, remote headlight, Choo-Choo Sound, Real Red glowing smoke and pullmor. Original wrap in great shape. 293 METEOR TENDER WITH STOKER, 4 Wheel double "sintered iron trucks" and knuckle coupler.
