Please read entire listing before bidding. This auction is for an American Flyer prewar 0-4-0 electric locomotive No. 1218 (I believe). The engine is black and has been repainted. I can barely see where it had "American Flyer Lines" but I can't make out what number it actually was. I tested the engine and it runs fine in one direction. There is no light or pantograph and the paint has a few scratches. There is a little rust, the wheels look good and the gears are in good shape as well. The body is a little loose on the frame, not bad at all and it measures 8" long pilot to pilot, 3-3/4" tall and is 2-3/8" wide. The car has both couples and the paint is a little dirty and dusty on the top and has some chips. It runs fine and looks decent. Please look closely and please ask the seller a question or if you need additional details or pictures.
