I bought this set many years ago and then it went into storage until I pulled it out today. The 300AC engine is in really good condition, might actually be called excellent, and ran like a top when I bench tested it. The white stuff on top of the tender was some sort of tape residue and is already washed off. The cars are in good shape as well. Comes with a small transformer that was rewired at some time and a box of curved track. The set box is in decent shape but the individual boxes are rough, taped and some ends missing. If you're interested in model trains or racecars check my auctions daily as I am unloading a large storage unit full of that stuff. I'm listing what I find at low starting bids and no reserves.
