Up for auction is a Vintage Prewar American Flyer Standard Gauge 4022 Machinery Flat Car. This car is in its original condition (not restored) and is in good condition for its age (83 years old) and was built originally in 1928. The car shows signs of use with a small amount of chipped paint and scratches on the flatcar with more wear on the black skirting of the car. The lettering on one side of the car is better than on the other. The wheels and chassis look to be in good condition with some surface oxidation on the insides of the wheels. This would make a great addition to anyone’s Vintage Train collection. All of my items are as is, as seen by the pictures I supply. I don’t claim to be an expert but I try to describe my items to the best of my ability.
