Regency style dress from the 1800's era for your little girl and her American girl or any 18" doll. Includes dress that has velcro for closure in the back, self tying beautiful ribbon that is attached to the dress at the sides. Also includes a beautiful purple shawl for those chilly evenings. Hairpiece is adorned with matching lace to the dress with fan button and string pearls, has velcro for closure at the nape of the neck. I added a photo of the ribbon necklace I made to go with the outfit. All handmade items are made by myself and come from a smoke and pet free home. I've been sewing for 25 years and make many of my own patterns. Sewing is a passion for me and I love to make beautiful things. The doll I use for photos is not an American Girl doll, but these clothes will fit any 18" doll, they run a little big on this doll, so I know they will fit an American Girl doll.The shawl may look blue in the photos, but trust me it is purple to go with the dress, it is a beautiful iris purple.
