This is a five piece set, beautifully upholstered in a soft ivory creme colored damask type fabric (which has a glorious sheen) with a hint of Victorian pinks and blues dotted throughout with petite florals...so subtle...so elegant. Pierced underarms with a floral very detailed carved crest with elaborate applied carved feathering curls in a rich deep golden tone wood, which almost appears to be oak...but, probably walnut. Beautiful legs grace each piece..there is the lovely settee, one arm chair and two side chairs with a platform rocker! SO RARE AND HARD TO FIND! IN OUR OPINION....ALL IN terrific CONDITION!!! Measurements are as follows: Settee/sofa~ 47" w by 43 1/2" T and 19" floor to seat with a depth of 21 1/2". The rocker~ 23" w by 41" tall with 19" floor to seat and 21 1/2" deep. The Arm chair~ 23 1/2" w by 43" t and 21 1/2" deep Two side/occassional chairs~ 20" w by 43" tall...19" floor to seat and 18 1/2" deep...soooo comfy~ This set is elegant beyond words.
