Please don't forget to check out my other auctions for some wonderful vintage Mexican silver! This is a beautiful older Mexican sterling silver bracelet set with 6 "floating" amethyst cabachons. It is marked 'Made in Mexico' as well as 'Sterling' and a partial maker's mark. The mark appears to me to be the mark that renowned silversmith Fred Davis used. I am not positive about this and will leave it up to the buyer to determine it's origins. I have included a picture of the mark for you to see. Measurements: 7 inches long, 1&1/8" wide and weighs 40g. Based on the design and marks, I would date this piece to the 1930's. The bracelet has a very simple hook type clasp. Marks: Made in Mexico Sterling as well as the partial stamp of the maker Condition: Vintage condition, light wear with no damage to amethyst. Usual occlusions, tight settings. Please email me with any questions you have or if you would like additional photos. I combine shipping charges for multiple auctions won. I mail all items USPS priority mail unless otherwise instructed by buyer. ERROR IN LISTING The piece is marked "SILVER" not sterling.
