Amperex BugleBoy Logo EL84 (4 tubes) Early 60's production. Solid Copper Grid Posts A very nice matching quad of Amperex Bugle Boy EL-84 tubes manufactured in Holland. Overall, The Bugle Boy logos and all the printing are clean and clear on 3 of the 4 tubes. Slightly blemished logo really is minor considering how well they all test and perform. All tubes are very clean and show little signs of any use. Tubes have nice straight clean pins, no shorts, or leaks. Test Results were made on a professionaly calibrated Hickok KS-15750-L1 Tube tester w minimum roll-chart value is 6600. Results follow: Tube 1: 10000 Codes on glass Delta 3C2 ; production year 1962 Tube 2: 10000 Codes on glass Delta 3C2 ; production year 1962 Tube 3: 9875 Codes on glass Delta 4K3 ; production year 1963 Tube 4: 9875 Codes on glass ???? I tested this matched set of EL84's at normal plate voltages in a good working amplifier and found no issues with noise, microphonics, or buzzing from the amplifier or any other problems for that matter. They worked beautifully in real world use and test as New. I absolutely guarantee tubes are as described and will not arrive DOA. I also have other high quality NOS and Used tubes going up on ebay.
