The car is not built or started.The box shows some wear and light soiling from age,but nothing serious.There is tape on both sides from where some one sealed it once.Some of the parts are off of the plastic tree and the fender skirts are missing.The rest looks to be complete.You don't see this one that often.If you need any additional information or pictures please e-mail me.I accept paypal.I will combine shipping whenever possible.
