This is avintage Cairns & Brothers Leather Fire helmet model 5a which has probably seen some good action. Size is 6 ½ to 7 1/8 small, original label. The helmet is still in good condition for its age. The leather is sturdy all around with no soft spots or repair. The original leather and paint may have some wear, but is still sturdy all around, all original, solid with no repair. D-ring, crown, and finial are securely intact all around. It is dirty dusty leather cracking but not all way through. LINER AND EAR FLAPS IN GOOD CONDITION AS IS CHIN STRAP.
