Anchor Hocking EARLY AMERICAN PRESCUT 11-3/4 inch Paneled Scalloped bowlDESCRIPTION: The Early American Prescut pattern was a large line of dinnerware, serving and decorative pieces made by the Anchor Hocking Glass Company. This sturdy ware has been a collector favorite pattern for many years. While most pieces are not difficult to acquire, certain pieces are quite scarce. This bowl is probably the hardest to find piece in the pattern. Its eight-lobed shape differs from most of the other pieces in the line, most of which were either round or had another simple shape. Even though this was machine-made glass, the bowl really sparkles nicely. This would be a wonderful and USEFUL piece to use on your table, especially during the holidays. It would be perfect for green salads, potato salad, macaroni salad, or jello salad. The bowl measures approximately 11-3/4 inches across measured from scallop to scallop, or 10-1/2 inches across from indent to indent, and just shy of 3-1/2 inches high. I offer it with a reasonable opening bid and no reserve, as well as with a Buy It Now price. (Remember, if someone places the opening bid on a non-reserve item, the Buy It Now price DISAPPEARS.) Either way, shipping is FREE.If you like glassware of the Depression era, be sure to If you like these items, consider adding me to your Favorite Sellers list
