Nothing better for keeping water fresh tasting while cooling in the refrigerator. Use for cold tea, lemonade, etc. Hard to find with the lid! Marked on bottom with the the Anchor Hocking anchor over the H. Measures about 8" tall with lid on x 5 1/2" across widest part. Holds about seven (7) cups to top but I would only put six (6) cups (48 ozs.) in comfortably. Very good condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs on rims, edges, etc. ******************* I sell all kinds of items. If you are purchasing vintage glass (even fired-on Pyrex) or cold-painted pieces from me or anyone else , please, PLEASE do not put in your dishwasher. Hand-wash only as dishwashing can permanently dull vintage glass and will ruin cold-painted pieces immediately by removing all the charming paint. Do not hand scrub cold-painted pieces but test in a less noticeable area for tolerance to a light rub with cold water and mild soap. Safest bet is to just dust cold-painted pieces and keep them away from areas where grease will settle upon them. A ll measurements are approximate.
