This is an old antique CAR TRUCK FIRE ENGINE ? RADIATOR motometer hood ornament cap. It is marked ANCO MOTECTOR on one side and CHIEF (pontiac ?) on the other side. It does show damage----missing part of stem that goes down into the radiator----hair line cracks in casting top and bottom. The green glass vision globe is marked ANCO PAT'D PEND MOTECTOR. Top of cap shows two eagle wings attached to a world globe. I have no ideal what kind of old vechile this may have come from but know it is old and RARE. Selling it as found with NO RESERVE.
