About Us Payment Shipping Terms ReturnsConfucius Kitty Collectibles is a store that offers Antiques, Vintage and Unusual items, Collectibles and all things in between! My items span over 100 years, and the history and art work in each item is fully appreciated and loved. I offer fast, friendly, personalized service at reasonable prices. I also accept reasonable offers on my items. Unreasonable offers get buried in Confucius Kitty's litterbox :D I take great pride in my work and my store. The store has given me a happeniness that has made me smile again. My Customers and my stores give me a special place in my heart. :). About Us Payment Shipping Terms Returns We accept About Us Payment Shipping Terms Returns Each item is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery. Most items are shipped the day of or the day after payment is received. I ship USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number is included. As of 12/20/10, USPS Postal Insurance will be required on purchases over $25.00. At this time there is no handling fee. About Us Payment Shipping Terms Returns I describe items the best I can. Since most of my items come from Estate Sales, I do my best to check them over. I am not an expert in any field. If an item has a minor flaw, I something will purchase it and sell it, fully disclosing the flaw with a photo. I never try to pull one over on anyone. As of 12/20/10 A second person with no financial interest in the store has been hired to inspect my items after I do. At least 15 pictures will now be taken of each item, most of which will not be posted, to document the item from end to end. Archived photos will be kept for 1 year. As of 12/20/10, any item over $25.00 will require postal insurance from the US Post Office. If their is a claim of damage, pictures must be provided to me to give to the post office along with my pictures. When I receive a claim check from the US Post Office, you will receive a refund. If you claim damage, you must photograph the box, item damage and ALL wrappings it came with: ie, Newspaper, bubble wrap, etc. You will have 24 hours after receiving your item to make a claim. About Us Payment Shipping Terms Returns Up until now, I have given refunds happily to customers who haven't been happy. Refunds will be given as insurance from USPS when the contents have been broken. Refunds because you are not happy with the item will be given very sadly by me. Please be sure of the item you are buying. Ask questions, ask for more pictures. Anything over $25.00 will be insured by the post office. USPS will insure for breakage. All other claims will be resolved between you and I. If I feel that it is a odd claim, I may give a refund but ask you not to shop here anymore. I love my store and never put anything in it that I wouldn't used myself. I want to keep the store a happy place. I don't want to open an e-mail and see: "Item is not what was described". That hurts, it hurts you and it hurts me. And it will only happen once . Ever since instituting this policy, I have had NO returns for over 5 months. And happy customers also. Don't buy somethng that is 80 years old and expect it to look like it was made yesterday and Please take your time in researching and and knowing the product you are buying. This will made your senses happy because you will realize you either really want it or don't want it :) That's the way it should be! Thanks very much!
