This is THE flour sifter sought after by collectors of everything from Androck kitchenware to flour sifters to 1950's kitsch to red and white kitchen collectibles. The graphics are so quintessentially 1950s Atomic Age, it's no wonder that it's so desired. Now for the details: This is the Androck Hand-i-Sift 3 Screen flour sifter, Pat. No. 2,607,491. It is in very, very good condition for its age and purpose. T are no dents or dings, just some minor scratches on the graphics, some small chips of the painted red handle,and very minimal light rust. The handle-squeeze sifting mechanism is in perfect working order. The Hand-i-Sift measures 5-3/8" tall, 5" in diameter and 7-3/4" across at its widest point including the handle.
