During that process and while your item is being packaged, the shipping depot goes to great expense to pack your item safely, but with the USPS, FedEx and USPS using the same sorting facility there are a lot of disgruntled workers handling the packages. That's to say with the three carriers using the same sorting facility as well as USPS delivering FedEx's Local Smart Post Packages it puts a huge excessive load on the warehouse sorters/workers and mail carriers who are often over worked and visibly tired which leads to mistakes or carelessness.
