AnheuserBusch, "Budweiser Classic" Lidded Stein - Members Only Stein 2006 CB37 - 2006 CB37 - 2006 Members Only stein: “Budweiser ® Classic "lidded stein. Designed by Don Curran, this 11" lidded stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. The stein is based on two beautifully illustrated Budweiser ® plate-like wall hangings produced between 1914 and 1917, each showing a young couple in elegant evening dress preparing Welsh Rarebit with Budweiser ® in a chafing dish, under which are the words "Say When". The Budweiser ® Classic stein replicates the two wall hangings on either side of the stein body, including their concave, plate-like shape. Located beneath each image is a vintage, reverse-painted sign promoting Budweiser ® in bottles. Still another advertisement from this period is found on the front panel of the stein; circa 1900s metal sign promoting Budweiser ® in bottles. Individually numbered and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Gift boxed. 11" lidded stein Made: Brazil Ceramarte Number 00506... Stein is in great condition... Box has some wear.
