Animal Crackers (Paramount, 1930). Lobby Card (11 X 14 ). Mayhem is the word of the day for this Marx Brothers classic comedy. A gathering in honor of the world famous explorer, Captain Spaulding (Groucho), becomes an absolute disaster when a painting is discovered missing from the mansion. The brothers always referred to their co-star, Margaret Dumont, as Mrs. Rittenhouse after the release of this comedy masterpiece in honor of her portrayal of the embattled hostess. This card features a nice shot of Groucho charming a host of lovely ladies. There are small scuff marks, pinholes and light toning. The colors remain bright and vibrant on this beautiful card. Very Fine.
