This auction is for an animated display featuring the Peanuts characters, Charlie Brown and Snoopy, dressed in matching long Santa caps with coordinating winter clothes. Charlie Brown moves his head and both arms while he is placing the star on the tree; and Snoopy moves his head and both front paws as he pulls on the ribbons of the Christmas gifts at his feet. This display (made for inside) is quite large standing 19" high to the top of the tree. The display base measures 24" x 12" and is made of a durable hard plastic. Small wrapped gifts decorate the base of the tree. I am not sure if t were different variations of this or if someone just added a few gifts, but t are a few extra presents on this display (compared with the front picture on the box). This display is electric and powered by a 24V adapter, which is included. This display is from 1997 and had an original retail price of $109.99. The box is somewhat worn and t is no original packing, but the display itself is in excellent condition. It has been tested and works great. Instructions are included. This is a wonderful Peanuts collectible, long retired, and hard to find. Perfect for under YOUR tree this year!
