BATAV Apud Elzevirios. 1649Exterior spine is dry, brittle and has lost covering .. please visit close up image and enlarge. Front and back exterior boards are intact to spine, show wear / use / age / some staining .... all wear is erratic.Interior is surprisingly tight. Nice patterning front and back. Front interior spine has begun separation but it is intact in stable condition. There are a few pencil notes inside first blank page. They have been photographed for you to enlarge and check out. Pages inside are tight and sequential. Interior of book pages do not exhibit signs of much handling. Back board also shows beginning of separation but it has not separated.7 Night Auction.
