Annemarie Davidson Yellow Green Copper Enamel Plate

is a great piece of copper enamel by artist Annemarie Davidson of California . It is in vivid greens and yellows in her famous Jewel style. T are three large yellow jewels arranged with three sets of three smaller jewels on a green background that fades to lighter green then gold toward the rim of the plate. T are ghost lines radiating from the center out through the whole design. The back is mottled copper color and black. The plate is 7 ½ inches in diameter and is marked on the back with her signature and a paper label. The paper foil label is worn off on one side and one of the three felt pads on the back is missing. Otherwise it is in great shape with minimal wear at the edges only (must use a loupe to see it) and one small area with a few semi circular craze lines about an inch long near the rim (not sure if this is part of manufacture process of not). No other cracks, chips or crazing anyw on the piece. In one of our photos it looks like t are some scratches on the plate, but these are not scratches, they are lines down under the enamel and reflect light, but are not on the surface of the piece.
