ANRI FERRANDIZ FIGURINE - FLIGHT INTO EGYPT Limited Edition, unnumbered, stands 6 inches tall, Mint Condition This figurine has a paper label marked "Genuine Wood Carving by "Anri", Italy, and comes in the original box. "Flight into Egypt" is part of an impressive collection of Anri figurines collected by an East Texas resident. She was a member of the Anri Collector's Club formed in 1983 and collected nearly every Ferrandiz figurine produced. She also collected Anri figurines by Sarah Kay and Toriart. I will be listing these along with her other collections over the next few weeks. Please feel free to email me if you are looking for a specific figurine. Juan Ferrandiz Castells was born in Barcelona and studied and taught at the School of Arts. He is known for his simple designs of children and animals, each with a feeling of juvenile tenderness and love. The House of Anri is located in Italy, and was started in 1912 by Anton Riffeser.
