This is a very nice large Anri music box. On top is a boy playing a horn surrounded by animals that seem to be listening. There are 3 rabbits, a squirrel, what may be a beaver, and 2 birds. Beside the boy is a tall pine tree with a bird in the branches, and there are several mushrooms and flowers on the ground. This music box is a Thorens and plays the song “Look to the Rainbow”. The base of the box is 7 inches in diameter and the box is 8 inches tall. The music box is dusty but the colors are clear and vivid. There are no pieces missing, but there is small chip on the side of 1 of the flowers. The music box plays well. The top of the box revolves as the music plays. The Anri name and trademark tree are burned on the bottom of the base. There is a label with "Thorens Movement", “Made in Switzerland” and the name of the song. The box winds with a key on the side of the box and there is a pull knob on the side to turn the music box on and off. There is also a small round red tag that says “Genuine Thorens Swiss Music Work” that used to be attached to the key on the music box but is not attached now but comes with the music box.
