The Tragedies of Sophocles in the original Greek, followed by a Latin version by Thomas Johnson, Volume 1 (of two), containing four of Sohphocles' seven tragedies: Ajax Flagellifer, Electra, Trachiniae, Philoctetes. 379 pp. (Greek) plus 161 pp (Latin), separately numbered. Leather binding, gilt tooling to spine and edges. Published 1749. Good condition for its age. Dimensions 13 cm 20.8 cm. Cheques or cash by prior arrangement. Postage may be combined, subject to a weight limit of 2 Kg. We post by first class recorded delivery, or International signed for where applicable. For items of higher value we use special next day delivery (UK). Any excess postage paid is refunded. Please note we give feedback after receipt of item has been acknowledged.
