This is a music box, 13" tall (including the ring at the top) with two birds. Neither the chirping nor the movement works. The bellows need to be repaired or replaced. When I bought it, the movement still worked, but not the sound. Both of my cages stopped working after a cross-country move. The brass has a nice patina, I wouldn't dream of polishing it. The label for the on-off switch is also marked West Germany.This item comes from a smoke-free home. POSTAGE FEES: Check out my other auctions -- I will combine shipping at reduced rates.
