This is an exquisite cameo. It measures 2" x 1 1/2". The woman is beautiful and the attention to detail is amazing. Her hair is done up with ringlets and grapes, grape vines and grape leaves. every detail is visible down to the srands of hair and veins on the grape leaves. I don't know exactly when she was made except that she has passed through 3 generations before me, so that makes her definitely over 100 years old.
