PLEASE Read this Description & the Document Exerps Thouroughly & CarefullyRare Historic Irish Document of HUGE Irish Land Transfer Deed Indenture Item Description. | Shipping Information | Payment Options Item Description.
I believe this to be a Historic Irish Document.
This is an Irish Land Transfer and/or Deed and/or Indenture of IMMENSE Historical, Financial ( 6,000 13,000 & 26,000 English pounds in 1774) & Vast proprietarialal proportions.
This is a 6 page document on old thick parcment style paper. Each page is approximately 24 X 26 US inches. It is written in Caligraphy style script. I have used exact quotes in the exerps below. T is no punctuation used in the script.
T is blue paper attached to each page at a corner with a stamp that has a crest and "Ireland..... V Schilling" . The bottom of what I consider either the first or last page has the signatures followed by personal stamp/seals on red wax of Lord Hawke and Lord Henry Fitzgerald .
T is an incredible amount of lands & properties that was tranfered by these documents, see the exerps below. T were also huge amounts of money involved. 6,000, 7,000 13,000 and 26,000 English pounds. Perform the math to determine what a HUGE sum of money that would be today.
I came across this document in a flea market in West Michigan USA. It came folded in a bag with a piece of paper that had "Cheboygan (Michigan USA) Antique Show & Sale, Cheboygan County Fairgrounds. I do not know it's history beond that. I am 100% certain it is an original document.

Keep in mind that this sizable amount of money being transferred was between 1774 and 1805, What would the value be in 2007??? Exerps from the 3rd Page concerning property
"Of Castledermott the Manor of Graney and the Manor of Kilkea with their several Appertences(sp/) and the several towns lands and tennants therin mentioned all situate in the County of Kildare and also several tenements houses and rents therof arising in the County of the said City of Dublin to hold to the said Charles Duke of Richmond and the said James Hamilton"
